Meet Tiána Lynn
Building a new standard for how organizations care for people.
Tiána Lynn is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wholistic Vibes Wellness LLC™ and the Founder and Director of WVW Academy™.
She is an organizational strategist, workforce educator, speaker, and certified Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor building a new standard for how organizations care for people.
Tiána founded Wholistic Vibes Wellness after witnessing—and personally experiencing—what happens when organizations rely on committed people to compensate for broken systems.
Her professional background in People & Culture, employee experience, workforce operations, morale, recognition, compliance, onboarding, organizational support, and workplace communication gives her an inside understanding of how policies and leadership decisions shape people’s daily experiences.
Tiána understands that organizational harm is not always dramatic or immediately visible. It can appear through public correction, unclear expectations, inaccessible communication, performative inclusion, chronic understaffing, emotional labor, inequitable recognition, retaliation for honesty, or the expectation that employees remain resilient inside unhealthy conditions.
Her work asks organizations to look beyond individual behavior and examine the environment producing it.
Your people are not the problem. Your systems are.
As a Black and proudly neurodivergent woman, Tiána brings professional knowledge and lived understanding to conversations about race, identity, mental health, disability, workplace culture, emotional tax, burnout, psychological safety, and organizational justice.
She does not separate those experiences from strategy. She uses them to identify what traditional workplace systems and wellness models frequently fail to see.
Through WVW Academy™, Tiána extends this work into workforce and community health education. She provides Adult Mental Health First Aid training and leads an Academy that houses a Maryland Department of Health-accredited Community Health Worker training program.
Her approach is direct but humane, structured but culturally grounded, and warm without abandoning accountability.
Tiána does not believe care means lowering expectations. She believes healthy systems make it possible to meet expectations without sacrificing dignity.
