Requesting an accommodation

Submit the Accommodation Request Form as early as possible so the MHFA Training Team can review the request, communicate about available options, and coordinate with relevant course systems.

Interactive process

The team may contact the learner to clarify functional needs and identify a reasonable approach. Learners should not submit medical records or detailed diagnostic information through the public form.

Technology and materials

Requests may relate to virtual-platform access, communication format, breaks, visual or hearing access, learning materials, or another participation need.

Limitations

Some requests may require additional time or may be limited by the official course format, certification standards, technology, safety, or available resources. The team communicates available alternatives when possible.
