Submitting a request
Cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted through the published request form or sent to training@wholisticvibeswellness.com. A request is not complete until the MHFA Training Team confirms receipt.
Transfers
Transfers are subject to seat availability, course eligibility, pre-work deadlines, and operational capacity. Approved registrations may be transferred to another published session at the discretion of Wholistic Vibes Wellness.
Late changes and no-shows
Failure to attend, complete required pre-work, arrive on time, remain for the full course, or complete required post-work does not automatically qualify a learner for a transfer or refund.
Minimum enrollment
Public sessions require at least five paid learners to proceed. Submitting a registration form without payment does not reserve a seat. If the minimum is not reached, registered learners are contacted regarding available cancellation, transfer, or rescheduling options.
Provider changes
Wholistic Vibes Wellness may reschedule or cancel a course because of instructor availability, minimum enrollment, technology disruption, safety concerns, or other operational needs. Affected learners receive written instructions about available options.
