Group and private training
Group pricing begins at $175 per learner unless a separate proposal applies.
Available virtually or in person. Training hours are 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Eastern.
A minimum of five learners is required, with a maximum of 30 learners per session.
Dates are based on instructor availability and confirmed through the training agreement. Submitting an inquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Payment and the final learner roster are required by the deadlines listed in the training agreement.
Each learner must complete required pre-work, attend the complete instructor-led session, and complete required post-work.
Accessibility and accommodation needs can be discussed during the consultation and planning process.
General availability
Group and private availability is generally reserved during the first, second, and fourth weeks of each month on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, for 5 to 30 learners, virtually or in person.
These weeks are held for organizations and are not published as bookable public classes. Specific dates depend on instructor availability and are not held until the training agreement and required payment terms are complete.

All learners in WVW’s July 25, 2026 private organizational session attended, completed the course requirements, and became certified Mental Health First Aiders. The client later invested in an additional new-hire training.
