Learner Code of Conduct

Participation expectations for a respectful, confidential, and effective Mental Health First Aid learning environment.

Respectful participation

Learners must communicate respectfully, follow instructor directions, and avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruption, or threatening behavior.

Confidentiality

Learners must not share identifying or confidential information about clients, patients, employees, students, family members, or other participants during course discussions.

Attendance and engagement

Full attendance, required pre-work, active participation, and completion of applicable assessments are required for certification.

Virtual learning environment

Learners must join from an appropriate setting, protect private attendance links, use their registered name, and maintain sufficient technology and attention for meaningful participation.

Safety and incident response

Wholistic Vibes Wellness may pause participation, remove a learner, or take other reasonable action when conduct threatens safety, confidentiality, course integrity, or the learning environment.

Certification impact
