Use the email address connected to your MHFA course and confirm that all required course activities are complete.
Access steps
- Open the MHFA learner portal.
- Sign in with the email used for course registration.
- Open the completed course.
- Locate the certificate area.
- Download the PDF and save a backup copy.
If it is missing
- Confirm the course shows as complete.
- Check for an unfinished evaluation or post-work.
- Try the exact email used during registration.
- Search inbox and spam folders for completion messages.
- Contact WVW with your name, course date, and registration email.
